Interests:: Reading, writing, my family, me time ! Learning different cultures and religions and developing my spirituality.

Heroes & Teachers: ohhhh now thats a question ... I believe everyone you meet has a lesson to teach you. But as far as heroes are concerned My Dad would be in the lead for this :) Teachers Miss Healy who passed from Cancer many years ago who was my English teacher at Italia Conti Miss Day who taught me Biology who's favourite saying was "Don't ask me I'm Chinese !" and Jason Ritchie these three in particular hold a special place in my daily thoughts.

Books:: Martina Cole. Louise Bagshawe. Lynda La Plante. The Power of Now. Adbundant Health, Wealth, Happiness Eyesigns Adam J Jackson Eyesigns, any Spiritual revelation book. Divine Intervention 1 & 2 errrm ooh lots . Too many to mention I inhale books !

Music:: Amy Winehouse, Celine Dion, Leona Lewis, Old Skool, 50's, 70's, Country, a bit of everything really. Llewellyn is one of my favourites at the minute as far as spiritual music is concerned and the Buddist Monks Chants

Movies:: Officer and a Gentleman and Truly Madly Deeply. I am very romantic !

Chakra Meditation that I composed and would like to share

Start by concentrating on your breathing. As you close your eyes visualise a flower with large petals in your minds eye as you breath in the scent of the flower allow the fragrance to fill your lungs as you breathe out visualise gently blowing the petals so they move in the breeze.
